Cancellation Policy for Laundry Valet:

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our customers, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Notice: Customers can cancel their laundry service with at least 24 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled pickup or drop-off time without any penalty.

  2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

  3. No-Show Policy: If a customer does not cancel their service and fails to be present for a scheduled pickup or drop-off, a no-show fee of 100% of the service cost will be charged.

  4. Rescheduling: Customers wishing to reschedule their laundry service must provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within this timeframe will be accommodated based on our availability.

  5. Refund Policy: If a service charge applies due to a cancellation or no-show, refunds will not be issued. However, the amount may be credited towards future laundry services.

  6. Emergency Situations: We recognize that emergencies can occur. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us directly to discuss possible accommodations.
